No Audio Output Device is installed

I own a Venue 11 Pro 5130. After a Windows update, I lost my Audio Output Device. I have tried resetting Windows. Reinstalling Windows. I should have tried using System Restore but I forgot.

I have tried installing Intel HD Graphics drivers and Realtek HD Audio drivers. I have tried installing Directx. I have tried everything I can think of with no success. After playing around I found that built-in webcam drivers are also missing. I looked at the Device Manager and found that I have no Audio inputs and outputs and Sound, Video and Game Controllers. There is also no audio or sound device under System Devices. I used the show hidden device to find the missing device, nothing showed up.

After looking at countless forum posts and Youtube videos and trying everything that was suggested I am still at the same place I started. No Audio Output Device is installed. I am pretty tech savvy but this one has me stumped.

Here is a link I tried: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/4520288/windows-10-fix-sound-problems#v1h=tab01

I have the A09 BIOS installed from the 5130A09_64Bit.exe file. I confirmed that the Audio is Enabled under System Configuration. I ran the diagnostic test and everything passed. The BIOS Diagnostic does not appear to test for audio. I also tried to update my BIOS using file name: 5130A17.exe, I got two error messages. 1st error message said, "Cannot update a Venue 11 Pro 5130 with a BIOS for Venue 11 Pro 5130". The second message said "Error: Unsupported System ID Found. Cannot update a Venue 11 Pro 5130 with a BIOS for Venue 11 Pro 5130". So I was not able to make that BIOS upgrade.

I confirmed that Windows Audio is enabled and running in Services.

After desperation, I have used three driver update utilities, DriverMax, Driver Booster 7 and Slimware Driver Free, all failed to resolve the issue.

I have been trying to determine what the audio device installed in the Venue 11 Pro 5130 with no luck as there is no mention of it anywhere by Dell, as I figured I could find the drivers and install them manually.

Well after an exhaustive attempt to fix this issue any help would be appreciated, Thank you!

P.S. The insert image tool needs some serious work, it is extremely difficult to use.
