Inspiron 15 7591 2-in-1, Active Pen PN579X control panel

I have an Inspiron 15 7591 2-in-1 and just recently purchased the PN579X Premium Active Pen. I tried installing the PN579X control panel but whenever I go onto it it says "A supported tablet was not found on the system". Even though the Inspiron is supported with the Active Pen and works absolutely fine with it. I've searched this up on the internet and have found no solutions. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Also, whenever I shutdown the Inspiron 15 7591 2-in-1, it starts up again almost instantly and I have to wait to press the power button to shut it down completely. And there is a 5 second delay in the display when I open up my screen and take the Inspiron 15 7591 2-in-1 out of sleep mode.
