G7 7588

Hello Sir, the camera of my laptop G7 7588 is having some issues. I can open the Camera but its total black, I click the capture button, i hear a "click" sound but after couple of second a message will appear with an error code" 0xAA00F4292". i tried restarting my laptop for 5 times yet still the same problem.

I tried to Video Call my wife using Facebook Messenger on Chrome but it will not connect because it says  "ALLOW Camera and Microphone Access". I checked, but The Camera privacy SETTINGS are all turned-on. after checking I tried to call her again but the same problem encountered.

I downloaded the Facebook MESSENGER App, i can video call my wife, I can see her, we can hear each other BUT she cannot see me, she told me that my video is black screen, she cannot see anything but a total black screen, I need your help Sir Thank You
