Dell XPS 12 Ubuntu Install only loads to initramfs

Hi,

Installed Ubuntu on my tablet but it only boots into busy box.  Tried FSCK on both installed partitions and nothing wrong.  Tried every boot setting.  Factory reset my BIOS to get back to where someone might be able to assist and no bootable partitions are found.  

Greatly appreciate any ideas. I love Linux!
