Dell Venue pro 11 (7130) touchscreen crazy
Basically looks like the touch screen is being touched and dragged by a millipede with a severed corpus collosum.

Dell replaced our screen. Problem not solved.
Full system restore did not resolve this problem.
We did not tried Manual update with Intel drivers.
BIOS A06 is not fixing this problem.

updating the drivers didn't seem to help me. Course I see this issue way more than the guys in the video report too.

My company currently has 2 of these both having the same issue. My boss has had multiple calls to dell with no resolution.
