Dell Command Update Fails to Run - Latitude 7220 Rugged Extreme Tablet - Windows 11

Hi,

Just curious if anyone has had issues having Dell Command Update running on Windows 11.  Installation is successful, but when trying to run the program nothing happens.  Looking in Event Viewer I see the following Error:

"A fatal error occurred while creating a TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013"

This is an issue only on Windows 11.  Our Windows 11 tablets don't have this issue.

Also, in Internet Options, TLS is enabled.
