Dell active pen PN5122W no working after 1 day of usage
I recently bought a PN5122W active pen, which came with presumably brand new batteries. I tested it and it worked just fine the previous day. Today though after I tried writing with it for not even 30 minutes it failed me while writing on my OneNote document. I couldn't write anymore but the touchpad seemed just fine from my inspiron 16 2 in 1. I will try to replace the battery, but why did it die after just 30 minutes?

Good luck! I've been cruising the forums and everything Dell provides, but there are no solutions. Dell won't let you contact any of their staff so I guess that's part of why the issue persists. From the seeming of it, it's just a bad product that doesn't work properly.
