Boot freze screen not able to do anything

I've uploaded a image. I tried to wipe my account bcz i was unable to log in into it. Unfortunately now I'm stuck with this screen. Touch is not working for some reason don't know why it was working gine before this and also I'm unable to use volume key and home screen. Even if i press them it doesn't work.
