No access to Software installation files for Tech Experts. What other incentives are there ?

Good day everyone! 
I have been doing YouTube content on Dell Enterprise Backup application (crazyRov Studios). I have been a contributor to the Dell Community as well on the same topic and have been awarded the title of "Tech Expert". But since I had quit my company that I was working on then I have lost access to the privileged account that I used to access the support site which is different from the one I use for the community. The Account that I used for the community and has the "Tech Expert" tag on it has a zero privileges. To be honest there is no reward for resolving the issues that the software uses via the community page, I was expecting at least some corporation in getting download access to the software and documentation. I have been chasing this for years with few of the folks in DELL but to no success. I have not uploaded videos for over a year because I cant access the documentation and neither show anything new to the viewers.
Take this as my rant or getting my frustration out. But don't you think the contributors to the community should get some perks in return. At least access to the software to research and spread the knowledge about! 
Has anyone else faced such an issue, if Yes how did you handle this - Do let me know.
