iDRAC Direct micro port
Hello,
we usually do the initial setup of iDrac we need to set up locally using Life Cycle.
But we know that there is a port to which when we connect the USB cable, we can access the iDrac using the standard loopback IP.
Where can I find this USB cable? It is not a common microUSB. It seems to be a special kind of door.
Thank you.

The iDRAC Direct port does use a standard USB connection, nothing proprietary. What is the server model? If I can get a look at the server too, it may better help me understand the issue you're running into.

Per your owner's manual, that is a standard USB Micro connection.

With that being the case and the connector not having proprietary pinout, I would use a standard cable like the one below.

Some pictures in the manual show that the port is Micro-USB or Micro-AB.
This cable you sent from Amazon is Micro-USB. This is the mess!
I researched and found a cable with this type of connector that I honestly had never seen.
It is not common in Brazil to see this type of cable.
I'll try to find him here.
