I have exactly the same problem. Port 443 isn’t resolving on linux.dell.com, so yum repo upstreams and the docs related to them are all offline.

It seems to be back up again. I'm hoping Dell are able to give us some information about the outage and the fix.

Confirmed back up. Able to ping again and install omsa.
