Backup Exec queueing jobs!

Question

When the job of backup exec takes a long time to backup or it uses lotta of GB's like 300GB it queue my job, I don't know if its change to the other tape, by the way, I don't know how to enable this option, but in fact I really don't know why my jobs are queueing. After they get the "queue" status they dont finish!

Someone knows what could be happen?

The Backup Exec job log will details what tapes were used in addition to whether it spanned over to a second tape.   If jobs are being queued, it may be possible that the queued jobs are waiting for a drive that is already in use.  In a multi-drive library, be sure to submit your jobs to the drive pool, not to a secific drive.   By default, the jobs are sent to the drive pool.
