Alert! iDrac not responding. rebooting
Hi
I get this error on boot
and I can't restart my server (R540) remotely because it stop on this screen.

Roshani,
Did you perform the steps it requested? Power down the server, remove the power cables, hold down the power button to drain flea power. Now here is where I would like you to do a couple additional things.. Located the NVRam jumper near the PCIe slots, move the jumper over and then restore power and boot. Once booting up then power down and restore jumper to original location. Remove ac cables and drain flea power again. Once those are completed then reconnect the ac cables but do not power on the server, you will need to wait 2 minutes after restoring the power cables before you attempt to boot. If you're able then you will need to run the iDrac update as soon as possible.

I've got the same msg on r720.
Next msg during boot was "Warning! Idrac initialization error...."
LCD is is black, fans working at full speed continuously
Drainflea power didn't help.
Can anyone recommend something?
