inq utility does not report HBA vendor
I have a inq utility on a linux box. The linux host has a Emulex HBA.
Both inq -hba and inq -mapinfo give no hba port wwn and vendor name. They give as N/A
Does inq require SNIA libraries or any other driver softwares.

Try running inq -snia_test. do the tests pass?
I was able to get hba info with inq hba only a system where the above test passed.
