Support Assist Installation Problem
First of all i have uninstalled Support assist a long time ago when i didn't the use of it but today i tried to install it again. Where the support assist shows that my PC needs to be online where i'm already connected to internet connection. Now how can i solve this problem??

I have hit this same screen as above after downloading the new support assist and trying to install the software on 2 3190 laptops. A fix for this would be greatly appreciated

Hi - I have tried to install supportassist again today and I am still getting the same problem as above. Please can this be fixed. Having to run through each driver to see if it out of date is very time consuming and should not be necessary
