Hardware Diagnostics Tests do not provide any results or help
I am having problems with my Inspiron One 2330 (Windows 10) freezing. I logged in to the Dell Support website and ran the "Run Quick Test" and before the test finished, the screen blinked and I was transferred to the Product Support home page [ the page that asks you to Identify your product]. I also tried to run some individual hardware tests and got the same result. I don't know what is going on becuase I don't get any test results or error message or anything. Please Help

Hi nipsnertz2:
Please provide further details about:
As A first troubleshooting step, please run the DISM command Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth from an elevated command prompt with Administrator rights as instructed in the ghacks.net article Use DISM to Fix Issues SFC Can't. If that DISM scan doesn't find any issues with your Windows component store then run the System File Checker command sfc /scannow to look for and repair any damaged or missing Windows 10 system files. If either of those scans detects a problem with your system files then post back and let us know the exact message shown. From my Inspiron 5584 / Win 10 v22H2 laptop:
Do you have SupportAssist v3.13.0.236 (rel. 01-Dec-2022) installed on your system (check for Dell SupportAssist at Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features), and if so have you tried running hardware diagnostics from the Troubleshooting tab of that program?
If you are unable to run hardware diagnostic from SupportAssist or from the Diagnostics tab on the support page <here> for your Inspiron One 2330 then the Dell Support video How to Run ePSA Diagnostics has instructions on how to start the F12 ePSA (enhanced Pre-boot System Assessment) diagnostics that are likely embedded in your Dell BIOS and should work even if SupportAssist is not installed.
For more information about ePSA see the tutorial at How to Run a Preboot Diagnostic Test on a Dell Computer as well as the SupportAssist Pre-Boot System Performance Check page where you can look up any error code generated during the ePSA hardware diagnostics.
If you still can't run any of the Dell hardware diagnostic scans keep in mind that your Windows 10 OS has its own built-in hardware diagnostics at Settings | Update & Security | Troubleshoot | Additional Troubleshooters.
