Dell Support Assist Broken no internet

When trying to download support assist on our computers, we get an error "no internet connection, connect to proxy " we don't use proxy and this just recently happened with the new version of SA. is there any solution as to how to fix this issue, we need asap because we use it daily with our users and with our freshly imaged computers.
