Both my alt keys don't work suddenly

Both of my alt keys just stopped working since today, even though they worked fine beforehand. I have tried much of the solutions I can find online yet they all don't work (Update drivers, uninstall/reinstall etc). If it could be solved, I would much appreciate it.
