watching DVD on computer
I am still waiting for Dell to respond. My problem is when I put a movie DVD in my computer to watch, I get the picture, the music sound track, but no audio of the actual words. Can not hear any of the dialog. Please help... I can not read lips. The picture and music are great.

Hi NannyK,
This conference is more of a peer to peer group, users like yourself, yes Dell will at times respond to posts, however they are off on the weekends.
Take a moment and review the Dell articles I have listed in Section 12 of the CD/RW link in my post. The link is safe and used often by our Members.
Also Section 100 has Microsoft articles dealing with Windows XP and optical drives.
