Reinstall Windows?

Is there a way to do a full reinstall of Windows from my HDD? Because of error messages, I believe certain areas of the software are corrupted. Windows software was not supplied with the notebook. I also now see a "not activated" watermark.
I am not worried about losing data. This is a fresh machine, just not used until now.

If your system was shipped with Windows, you can create Windows installation USB using Windows Creation Tool. The installer will detect the embedded license and installing the correct Windows edition. It will be then activated when system is online.
