Need case screws for DELL 1720 INSPIRON LAPTOP

I AM HAVING A TERRIBLE SITUATION WITH ORDERING A PART FOR MY
DELL 1720 INSPIRON LAPTOP.  AFTER MANY
ATTEMPTS ONLINE, AFTER MANY TIMES BEING TRANSFERRED FROM THE DELL CUSTOMER CARE
SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO THE DELL CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM, THEN BACK TO
THE DELL CUSTOMER CARE TEAM, AFTER BEING DISCONNECTED (I FEEL ON PURPOSE) I AM
WRITING THIS TO ANYONE THAT CARES ABOUT THE DELL CORPORATION.

I ORDERED 3 SCREWS FOR THE COMPATIBLE DELL LAPTOP HARD DRIVE
CARRIER THAT ATTACHES THE CARRIER TO THE BASE. 
I RECEIVED 3 SCREWS THAT DO NOT FIT. 
THESE SCREWS ARE LABLED PART # 63PDH. 
THESE PARTICULAR SCREWS ATTACH THE HARD DRIVE TO THE CARRIER.  AFTER MANY ATTEMPTS TO RECTIFY THE INCORRECT
SCREWS SENT TO ME, ANOTHER ORDER WAS SENT TO ME, ASSURING ME THAT THE CORRECT
SCREWS WOULD BE SENT.  UPON ARRIVAL THE
SCREWS SENT TO ME AS PART #2864D WITH DESCRIPTION M3X3 KS:MS;BLO WERE THE SAME
EXACT SCREWS SENT AS PART # 63PDH ON THE FIRST ORDER.  AGAIN, TRYING TO HAVE THE MANY DEPARTMENTS I
WAS TRANSFERRED TO SEND THE CORRECT SCREWS, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY SENT THE
CORRECT SCREWS.  HOWEVER, NEITHER ORDER
THAT ARRIVED WOULD FIT THE HOLES IN THE BASE.

I THEN ASKED DELL SUPPORT TO LOOK AT THE SERVICE MANUAL FOR
THE DELL 1720 INSPIRON LAPTOP, WHICH PLAINLY SHOWS DIAGRAM AND EXPLANATION OF
PARTS, IDENTIFYING THE 3 SCREWS AS M2 5X5. 
WHEN I ASKED THE TECH SUPPORT – DELL SUPPORT FOR NON-WARRANTY PRODUCTS,
THEY WOULD NOT VERIFY THAT EITHER OF THE ORDERS CONTAINED THAT PARTICULAR PART.

I SEE THAT THE PROBLEM LIES WITH ALL OF THE DELL SUPPORT
AGENCIES BEING LOCATED IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY, PARTICULARLY THE COUNTRY OF
INDIA.  DELL APPARANTLY FEELS THEY SAVE
COST BY HAVING THESE DEPARTMENTS OVERSEAS, BUT IN FACT, GIVEN THE POOR SERVICE,
INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES, AND A “I DON’T CARE” ATTITUDE, DELL WILL LOSE REVENUE IN
THE FUTURE BECAUSE IN A VERY SHORT TIME, CONSUMER LIKE ME WILL PURCHASE A
COMPETITOR’S PRODUCT.

NOW, MY PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SETTLED, I PAID FOR A PRODUCT
AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PROPER PART AS YET. 
I INTEND TO TAKE THIS UP WITH CONSUMER ACTIVIST PROGRAMS THAT BROADCAST
ON LOCAL TELEVISION SHOWING THE WORLD THE INCOMPETENCE AND REFUSAL TO MAKE ME
WHOLE BY RETURNING MY INVESTMENT OR SENDING ME THE CORRECT PARTS.

MY NAME IS DENNIS LEW

MAYBE, SOMEONE IN THE DELL ORGANIZATION WILL SEE THIS AND DO
SOMETHING ABOUT IT.  AS FOR NOW NO ONE
SEEMS TO CARE, AND JUST PASSES THE BUCK DOWN THE LINE, PUTTING ME AT SQUARE ONE
ALL OVER AGAIN.
