Hard drive not installed problem - Dell XPS 15 9550

I just bought a new dell xps 15 9550. It's been like 2 days now using it until it suddenly shut down and kept telling me that the hard drive is not installed every time I turn it on. I tried all the possible solutions I found on the web but nothing worked.

Any solutions please! The laptop is still brand new and it is making me mad!
