DA305 HDMI can not power wireless HDMI dongle

I got a third-party wireless HDMI dongle and its transmitter should be connect to the HDMI port. It works flawlessly with the PC original HDMI and old DA300 HDMI port, but can not power on with the new DA305 port. So is it the limitation of the DA305 hardware or a firmware bug could be solved later?
