Dell EMC Enterprise Storage Analytics for vRealize Operations 7.2.0.2439 not collecting data from Powerflex Manager

Hi there,

I am trying to use Dell EMC Enterprise Storage Analytics for vRealize Operations 7.2 to collect information from our Powerflex Manager. The test connection was successful but the adapter is not collecting any information from it. The error message from collector log is:
