are there issues with Dell 3571 using a SATA SSD?
My SATA SSD is only recognized after a hard shutdown. On a simple restart the SSD is not recognized. Any ideas to resolve this issue?

Dual Boot Method on a Dell 3571 causes issues with a SATA Solid State Drive
After adding a SATA III Solid State Drive (SSD) in a dual boot configuration on a Dell 3571, and after a hard shutdown and start, selecting the first dual boot option (Option on top) the Dell 3571recognizes the SATA SSD OK. If the user selects the second dual boot option (Option on bottom), the Dell 3571 does NOT recognize the SATA SDD.
This behavior is still present after switching the startup dual boot options order where the one on top is put to the bottom and the one on bottom goes to the top.
When booting from the dual boots second option (one on bottom), the process is defiantly slower. Like some kind of I/O or hardware time out is occurring. Just my observation.
Note, the two boot options are related to:
1) Windows 11
2) Windows 10
Any advice as how this can be remedied?
Thanks,
