Unable to change User Cache to cache everything (Shortcutlevel=1)

Question

Hello all, I am trying to set User Cache to Shortcutlevel=1. I have changed it in the config.xml file, but in the outlook tab is still shows under Additional information: Messages eligible for caching: Only those with attachments I have tried installing user cache and then changing Shortcutlevel=1, before starting outlook. I have install usercache and then changed Shortcutlevel=1 and then rebooted. . I have tried changing Shortcutlevel=1 and then resetting usercache, stopping outlook and then restarting. Any help would be appreciated, Chatch

I found it. You have to change it in two places.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\EMC\IMSCache\Config\Config.xml

And

C:\Documents and Settings\¿LOGIN USERNAME¿\Application Data\EMC\IMSCache\Config\Config.xml
