Thanks for the reply. Creating a rule in outlook to delete the message is not a bad idea. I could do that.
I already have a second archive folder setup in SourceOne with a 1 month retention thatI use for known junk mail. However, the rules I use for that are all based on SMTP address or a keyword in the subject. I can not figure out how to add an attachment name into a SourceOne rule to I can put it in that folder.

SourceOne is intelligent enough to filter the "attachments". However, you need to include the attachment type to filter as mentioned by Sunil above
