Do you see this error every time you open the Admin GUI or some times ?

Have a look at OTG log and see if anyof the information messages says connection is established to the exchange server.

This error might come when a connection is not yet established with the exchange, once connection will be established it would go away.

Also do check that the connection mailboxes you have, alphabatically if the first connection mailbox is on remote site, is it is then connection might get delayed a littile.

If problem is present on every occassion you can contact EMC Support to find out the root cause.
