EmailXtender shortcuts not working - LDAP querying Exchange server

Question

Hi, I upgraded to 4.8.1.655 last night, and ever since I haven't been able to launch shortcuts. Looking at the logs on the server, it shows that it is trying to perform an LDAP query on the Exchange server, which is not where it should be looking. I have checked the LDAP settings in ExmailXtender Administrator and I have 3 different DCs there, all of which test OK. Anybody know how or where EmailXtender decides which server it queries LDAP on? Thanks

Hi Chris,EmailXtender Cotact's attributes in AD are used for shortcut retrieval.Hope this helpsThanks,Raj
