Thank you for contacting Dell EMC Community support. Sounds like you need to certify a device to work in Smarts IP 9.4.2. Please understand in order to process this we need a complete Walk, Mimic, and SNAP of the device your looking to get certified. Please follow the directions in https://support.emc.com/kb/334114
