Unable to add device because the device is already added
We are getting the below error, but do not know how to correct the issue. Is there a way to drop and then re-add a server?
SA-0020: SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to add the device "server.domain.com" because the device is already added.
Possibly on a similar note, the above mentioned server is part of a four node cluster. One other node of this cluster is not showing up at all. We're wondering if these two nodes got crossed somehow.

Page 126 of the user's guide describes how to delete a device. Removing and readding might help.

Thanks for that, Unfortunately, the "delete" button is greyed out, along with all of the other buttons. I'm not able to do anything to it. The "edit" button is there, but can only add a name. I'm using Version 2.0.10.13 and was upgraded from 2.0.0.53.
I also noticed that I cannot add a different device in the same cluster. For example:
node_a.domain.com cannot be added due to the same error.
node_b.domain.com is there and working
node_c.domain.com cannot be added, but is seen. This is the original request for assistance
node_d.domain.com is there and working
Any other thoughts?
All other 100+ devices are working. These two nodes are my issue.

The only other thing that occurs to me would be to try restarting the SupportAssist Enterprise services. Reinstallation of software is another one, but I don't see anything in the manual that would let you export the server inventory so you could import it after a reinstall.
