Support Assist opimization button not available

Question

i made a post about how i kept pressing the optimize my system button but nothing happened while the other functions were working perfectly fine i got 1 reply asking for the version but i got no response after it,so i chose to reinstall the support assist and when i opened it the optimize my system button became unavailable its dark and cant be pressed at all
