No heartbeat but enterprise connected

Hi, please try below steps:

1. Check the SCG version: Make sure that your SCG is running on the latest available version.
2. Reboot the SCG: Sometimes, rebooting the SCG can resolve the issue. After the SCG UI is available for login, verify the “Gateway status” is now set to “On” (top right corner of interface). If the “Gateway status” is still showing as “Off,” attempt one more SCG reboot.
3. Check the network settings: Ensure that the network settings are correctly configured and that the SCG can communicate with the necessary servers

If you’ve recently upgraded your SCG or made changes to the network configuration, these factors could also contribute to the problem. It’s important to ensure that the upgrade process was completed successfully and that all devices are properly configured and recognized by the SCG.

You can try restarting the "esrsde-app" contaner from the CLI.

# Restart the container

docker restart esrsde-app

# Wait 5 minutes for the container to fully come back.

You can also try rebooting too.
