How to access T350 iDRAC without rebooting
Can somebody explain simply how to find out if the iDRAC is in fact available to look at system logs without rebooting the server? I have a flashing amber light but can't access the system logs to see the error. I would like to not wait until the weekend to see what the issue is. I can find numerous articles' about connecting via to the web interface but nothing tells me if it is even available. I don't know if it was ever set up or even had to be. Is the default that it is on? I have tried the 192.168.0.20 address but got nothing.

Hello, thanks for choosing Dell. You CAN see the hardware logs offline, not the OS level logs though.

Right, but what I'm asking is how to see the iDRAC logs via the web interface. I don't know what the IP address is and if it is even enabled.

Hello jtpryan,
Try install the iDRAC Service Module (ISM) in the host OS:
https://dell.to/3TxA0P2
Filter by OS and use keyword: ISM
I believe you would use this one: Dell iDRAC Service Module Installer for OS DUP v5.3.0.0
