Error while adding EqualLofic

Question

Hello I try to implement SupportAssist Enterprise 4.0.5 and I tried to add device as EqualLogic. But it couldn't. It says that the credentials are incorrect and displays error code SA-0145.I tested the credentials by directly accessing the storage and everything is OK, yet I can't add it to SupportAssist. Can you help me please?

I was able to add EqualLogic to SupportAssist Enterprise v4!

I had not set up the SNMP community string in the credentials. It doesn't work without it!

When I set up the SNMP community everything worked!
