Upload of the system information collected from device_name was unsuccessful because upload process exceeded the defined time limit.
To retry uploading the system information, select the collection from the Collections page and click Upload. If the problem persists, contact Dell EMC Technical Support for assistance.
I'm wondering if the file is too big and exceeds the server's limit.

that's a good one. Actually I just can refer to the Troubleshooting Guide's information.

I have the same error. Every upload (automatic or manual) fails with error SA-4530.
