Aurora R13, 110v (Japan) model in 220v (Singapore)

I bought my R13 in Japan, but will likely have to move to Singapore soon. Will I need to use a voltage step down converter in between my power supply and power cord, or can I just change my power cord plug to fit the Singapore outlet?

​제품에 생긴 스크래치로 인해서 전체 교체 비용이 얼마다 라고 공식 레터 작성해주시는게 그렇게 어려운 일은 아닌것 같습니다. 수리를 요청하겠다는것도 아니고 제품을 못 쓰게되어서 보험사에 충분한 보상이 요구되는 상황입니다. ​

안녕하세요. 온라인으로 새제품 구매을 하여 해외로 이사하면서 처음 쓰게되었습니다.  항공 배송 중에 세관에서 물품 검수 중 커터 칼로 액정에 손상을 가했는데요 혹시 수리가 가능한지 여부와 항공화물 업체에서 예상 수리견적서를 요청하고 있어서 문의드립니다. 아래 사진들은 화면을 찍은 사진입니다. 중앙 상단부에 약5센치 및 3센치 가량의 두줄입니다.  수리 가능 여부와, 혹시 가능하다면 예상수리견적서 부탁드립니다.  감사합니다.

I passed the test on April 12. The certificate does not come out yet.

I took the test on the 12th, but the site hasn't been updated yet. It's a pass for Pearson VUE, but my information is not updated yet for certmetrics.com. How long will it take? I have to watch DES-4122 next week.
