sybase for windows2003,with autostart

hi,
somebody had do this solution:
Autostart manages sybase 15.3 database failover on windows2003.I had do this，but the servcie of sybase adaptive service start a little time,and shutdown automatic.
What's wrong with this?and somebody can give me a document of this solution?
