Things to check: - Ensure Mirroring and Forwarding are enabled on the Source. - Perform a Maintenance -> Delete Data Directory on the Source (& Target as a good practice) - You may have to go to the Data Directory and ensure the KernelCache.rdf exists. - Ensure anti-virus/backup applications are not touching the KernelCache.rdf file. - You may have to reinstall RepliStor here if that file is corrupt. - Upgrade to 6.3 SP1

Maintenance -> Options -> Directories -> Data Directory
