RM 5.0.5 running slow since migrated to DMX-4
We migrated a HP-UX server to DMX-4 from DMX1000. Since then the RM(5.0.5) jobs are taking forever and the host doesn't appear to be connecting well to the SYM. Host grabs that used to take 20 min now take 6 hrs to complete. We upgraded Solutions Enabler to 6.4.2.20 .We used LVM to migrate to the DMX-4 Luns.

The fact that host grabs are taking 6 hours seems to suggest some base Solutions Enabler connectivity issues with the configuration, prehaps stordaemon or lack of gatekeepers or perhaps GK locking /semaphores. Again, I say some, because without a proper look at this, its hard to tell.
As you know, Replication Manager relies on those underlying components working well in order for it to work well.
What I suggest is you open a call with the PREM Unix O/S support team who will help identify the issue for you, most probably via a WebEx, live on your host.
