RepliStor 6.3: Installing Visual Studio appears to fail

I'm installing RepliStor 6.3 and it prompts to install Visual Studio 2008SP1 Redist x86. I click Install and while attempting to install, an error pops-up:

"The installation of VisualStudio2008SP1Redist_x86 appears to have failed. Do you want to continue with the installation?" Yes/No

I clicked on "No" until I figure out what the issue is, if there is an issue.

The installation guide doesn't mention anything about Visual Studio.
I found a small blurp in the Release Notes which notes that Visual Studio would be installed.
Also, I found an EMC doc which explains the Visual Studio install. It says it will install but requires .Net 2.0.

https://solutions.emc.com/emcsolutionview.asp?id=esg100767

.Net 2.0 is installed (We have .Net 3.0 installed as well)

I assume Visual Studio should install successfully even if RepliStor is only using the libraries for the new reporting fuctionality.

Is there way to determine why it's failing?
Or, is this a harmless message and I should continue?

Thanks in advance

The Windows team didn't provide me with sufficient permissions. Installing now.

-Thanks
