I have similar problem.
I configured Oracle 10g instance in AutoStart 5.3 SP1 whith oracle module 3.1.4. on Solaris 10 SPARC.
Proxy process is not responding, and OS_SIDDB_Oracle process dying.
This is repeated every 6-8 minutes. Something like oracle processes die, but still running and I can login to database.
Restart AS agents doesn't help.

I checked ORA error codes... it is the same problem.

Seems slightly different from my problem. In my case, all processes start but with a error in the log and then every three minutes, we send OCI calls every three minutes and get error in first 5-6 attempts bu then it starts working.

Just working with Oracle support to get through this.

I have resolved my problem.
It was connection problem - bad login/password
I had bad user and pssword in confguration.
And now working fine.
Check the DBA user, must have SYSDBA privs.
