Mirrorview with SRM- 'discoverDevices' did not return a response

Hi there,

We installed Mirrorview on a VNX5500 in a test environment with VMware 5.1 U2 and SRM 5.1.3. This was working fine but now we've moved it into production we are getting this error ''discoveryDevices' did not return a response'.

We have been told that it is because we don't have SnapView enabled on the system however we didn't have that in the test environment and it was working fine.

We have NaviCLI installed and the following SRM plugins:

EMC Mirroview 5.0.39.139

EMC VNX SRA for VMware vCentre 5 5.0.1

EMC VNX Replicator Enabler for VNX SRA 5.0.18

We did see a post about removing the luns from a consistency group, we tried this and still had the same issue.

Any ideas?
