Autostart 5.5.0 deleted files reappearing.

I have Autostart 5.5.0. installed on two 2008 R2 file servers. Deleted files in the shared folder are reappearing.

The problem not exists on system partitions which aren't mirrored. Only at the mirrored data partition. The problem exist at both servers.

Files reappearing if they are deleted locally and by remote users.

Can't find any information about this issue.
