AppSync error at mount
Hello,
I'm getting an error with AppSync at the Mount Step.
I received everytime the following error message: Failed to create mount path on server "SERVER123"
We found this error in the Log --> "A directory with the same name exists"
N.B: SERVER123 is a VMware server
The procedure run smoothly until it reach this step, if anyone would have some input to give me, it would be very appreciated.

Hi Christian,
Is this service plan replicating on an XtremIO? If so, make sure you have AppSync 2.2.2.1 which includes a large number of fixes related to that platform as well as support for XIO 4.0.x. Outside of that, if there are any manually created (non-AppSync) snapshots of the datastore LUN that provides SERVER123, they will probably have to be removed via the XMS interface.
If that doesn't help, please run EMC Reports on the AppSync server, collect the service plan events (export as csv) from the failing run, then open a service request and we'll help out. EMC Reports can be downloaded from:

Hi Patrick,
Thank you for your answer. As of now, it's been more than a week that i have engage EMC Support. Unfortunatly, i have no positive result so far.
There is French in the server environnement and i can't seem for now to get a clear answer as to know if what we have done so far is ok or if we should get rid completly of the language pack. I haven't found anything either in the documentation stating it would not work with French.
Thanks,
Christian
