I would check sync the time of the plugin server and the vRPAs. There's also a possibility that the vRPA certs need to be added to the plugin server.

I updated it as I gave you the answer, but I found this message in the vcenter.

vCenters and vRPA have the same NTP server.

Should I change the synchronization method to something else?

I'm trying to upgrade, and this log. It's different from the displayed version. Can I fix this?

What about the plugin server ? did you configure NTP sync during OVA deployment (available in the latest plugin server OVA) ?
