Problem in new Recoverpoint for VM installed in VxRail

Hello,

We have installed Recoverpoint for VM in VxRail but it has a problem and is not working.

When we try to select a VM, there are not option showed in the menu. 

In the configuration, cluster looks good.

We have done and installation in VMWare with UCS and it looks good and menu are showed.

Anybody with same problem or idea to fix it, please?
