Moving Replication Set from one Consistency Group to another

After moving a Replication Set from one Consistency Group to another, what will happen to the data on all Replication Sets from a source Consistency Group and the destination Consistency Group in RecoverPoint Version 4.4.1?

Hi there,

Starting from RP 4.4, RSet addition will not cause journal history loss (only volume sweep on the newly added RSet).

Removing an RSet does not cause journal history loss as well, this capability was introduced in RP 5.0 so this means that in 4.4.1, journal history loss would occur when removing a Replication Set.

I would recommend upgrading to RP 5.0.1.3 which is the target version.

Hope that helps,
