HCIA RECOVERPOINT FOR VM 1-NODE and Change Locking ID

Hello, 

we have ordered VxRail Node include with a Recovery Point for VMs -1Node/per node vxrail

after deployment DC Site and DR Site we try to activate the Recoverypoint for VM from Dell Digital Locker and sofware licensing with Locking ID vCenter DC Site and DR Site

Current Condition we have nine for vxrail server, five for DC Site and four for DR Site

but we ony success activate just one node per Site because locking ID already use for machine ID

my question 

1. Can I activate this type of license with the same locking id? 
2. Can i change the locking id in activated licenses, because there are some typing errors
