I follow-up from you suggestion already. it does not work.  this error.

Previously I removed this CG and re-ordered rescan_san and create protection groups. Do you have any further recommendations?

The best option is to call phone support and have them go through the logs. 

last question. max LUN size for use Replicate with RecoverPoint appliance.

I believe it is 16TB
